The flux-coral2 project includes Flux-specific plugins and scripts for the Department of Energy CORAL2 systems, including systems tuolumne, rzadams, and elcap, and test systems tioga, rzvernal, and tenaya.

Dyad

DYAD (Dynamic and Asynchronous Data Streamliner) is tool to manage data dependency between jobs in a transparent fashion. It automatically synchronizes file accesses and transfers between producer and consumer jobs to enhance the productivity and portability of scientific workflows.
